Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your order may be delayed or returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, LocLuvv Collection is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
