Refund policy

There are no returns after products have been shipped/picked up as products cannot be resold after use. The only exception is for defective items.

Refunds are provided for defective items only and within the first 7 days after items are received.

There are no returns or refunds for items damaged within the shipping process as Loc Luvv LLC has no control over the carriers handling.
